Background
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking bidders to prequalify for a High-Dosage Mathematics Tutoring Departmental Master Agreement (MA) aimed at serving students in grades K-12 across Massachusetts. The goal of this contract is to establish a pool of qualified tutoring providers who can deliver high-dosage math tutoring services effectively, thereby enhancing educational outcomes for students.

Work Details
The selected vendors will provide high-dosage mathematics tutoring services, which are defined as intensive tutoring interventions designed to support students' learning in mathematics. Vendors must demonstrate capacity to establish relationships with schools and educational organizations and must have experience deploying high-dosage math tutoring programs in various school settings. Additionally, the tutoring materials used must align with the 2017 Massachusetts Mathematics Curriculum Frameworks or Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. Vendors will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, design and approach to tutoring, content quality, impact on student learning, and cost-effectiveness.

Period of Performance
The initial duration of the contract will commence upon approval and extend until June 30, 2030. There may be options for renewal for up to a maximum of 12 months for each renewal option.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed throughout Massachusetts, specifically targeting public schools and districts that execute separate contracts under this agreement.
