Background
The City of Springfield, Massachusetts, through its Department of Capital Assets and Construction, is seeking bids for the redevelopment of Richard E. Neal Park.

The goal of this project is to enhance the park facilities and improve the overall recreational offerings for the community. The estimated cost of the project is $2,750,000.00.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:

- Construction of a new basketball court;
