Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of 1/2 Ton Crew Cab Pick Up Trucks (PARKS). The contractor is required to conform to all determinations and directions of the Official concerning the performance of services under this Contract. The City is entitled to ownership and possession of all deliverables purchased or developed with Contract funds.
Prior to beginning performance, the Contractor must receive a Purchase Order from the City. Performance under this Contract shall include services rendered, obligations due, costs incurred, goods and deliverables provided and accepted by City.
The City shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect all goods and deliverables, services performed by, and work product of the Contractor, and accept or reject such goods, deliverables, services, or work product.
