Work Boots - DOC-PE

Background
The Office of State Procurement of the State of Louisiana is issuing this solicitation to establish a Blanket Order Contract for the provision of Work Boots for the Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC) - Prison Enterprises.

The goal is to ensure that the DOC has a reliable source for work boots that meet specific requirements for their inmates. This contract aims to facilitate the procurement process and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide two types of Timberland Men's Pit Boss 6" Work Boots:

1. Regular Width Work Boots:
- Quantity: 500 pairs
- Specifications: 6" height, brown color, soft toe, traction grip sole, insole not glued, nylon diffusion plate, no shank, no steel toe, available sizes 7-15 including half sizes.
- Delivery Terms: 5-7 days after receipt of order (ARO), delivered on an as-needed basis by the agency.

2. Wide Width Work Boots:
- Quantity: 250 pairs
- Specifications: Same as above but in wide width.
- Delivery Terms: Same as above.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will end on December 31, 2024.

There is an option to renew for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract duration not to exceed 36 months.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Louisiana State Penitentiary located at 17544 Tunica Trace - Hwy 66, Angola, LA 70712.
