Background

The total contract time may not exceed 36 months, with an initial effective period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, and options for two additional 12-month extensions at the same prices.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and will end on June 30, 2026.
It may be extended for two additional 12-month periods based on mutual agreement.

The services will be performed at the Louisiana Supreme Court located at 400 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid and have their bids tabulated.
Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding civil rights and disabilities.
A W-9 form must be included if newly registered.
Bidders are also required to certify that they are not suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration (GSA).
