Waste Disposal Service - NOCCA

Background
The Office of State Procurement of the State of Louisiana is issuing this solicitation to establish a contract for Waste Disposal Services for the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA).
The goal of this contract is to provide efficient waste disposal services at multiple locations associated with NOCCA, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Monthly service fees for two 3 cubic yard containers serviced daily, Monday through Friday, at the following locations:
- NOCCA, 2800 Chartres Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
- NOCCA, 2831 Chartres Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
2. Hauling fee per haul for a 30 cubic yard container.
3. An initial one-time delivery fee for all containers.
4. Monthly rental fee for one 30 cubic yard open container as requested.
5. Disposal fee charged per ton of waste for the 30 cubic yard container.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
The State of Louisiana may extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract duration not exceeding 36 months.

Services will be performed at multiple locations in New Orleans, Louisiana:
- NOCCA, 2800 Chartres Street, New Orleans, LA 70117
- NOCCA, 2831 Chartres Street, New Orleans, LA 70117

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid.
A W-9 form must be included if the bidder is newly registered.
All corporations and limited liability companies must be registered and in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State to hold a purchase order or contract over $25,000.
