Unarmed Security Guard Serv. LDH-NEDSHA

Background
The Office of State Procurement of the State of Louisiana is issuing this solicitation for unarmed security guard services to support the Louisiana Department of Health - Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (LDH-NEDHSA).
The goal of this contract is to provide reliable security services to ensure the safety and protection of personnel and property.

Work Details
The contractor will provide unarmed security guard services, which include:
1) 5,976 hours of standard security guard services at a minimum wage of $17.00 per hour;
2) 88 hours of overtime security guard services as specified in Attachment B - Specifications.
All services must comply with the specifications outlined in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last until June 18, 2026, with potential for renewal for up to two additional 12-month periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at LDH-NEDHSA located at 4781 South Grand, Monroe, LA 71202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system and comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
The contractor must pay security guards a minimum wage of $17.00 per hour.
Additionally, bidders must submit a W-9 form if newly registered and certify compliance with civil rights laws and accessibility requirements.
