Two (2) Year contract for Dispensing of On-Site & Off-Site Consignment

Background
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is issuing a two-year contract for the dispensing of on-site and off-site consignment motor fuels for the Department of Fleet Management and all agencies within Jefferson Parish.

This contract aims to ensure an adequate supply of motor fuels for fleet operations across the East and West Banks of Jefferson Parish, including Grand Isle. The annual fuel usage is estimated at approximately one million gallons.

Work Details
The contractor will provide on-site and off-site consignment motor fuels, including both branded and unbranded options.

The contractor must implement an automated fuel system within sixty days of award, supplying all necessary hardware and software. Weekly invoicing will be based on actual fuel dispensed into authorized vehicles. The contractor is responsible for routine maintenance of equipment at fuel islands, which includes replacement of hoses, nozzles, dispensers, and other components as needed.

In emergency situations, such as hurricanes or flooding, the contractor must ensure that Jefferson Parish has adequate fuel supplies. Additionally, the contractor is required to maintain a minimum inventory level at on-premise locations and provide off-premise fueling stations within a thirty-minute drive from any point in Jefferson Parish.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect for two years from the date of award with no option to renew.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various locations across Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, specifically on the East Bank and West Bank as well as Grand Isle.
