Work Details

- Staffing for merchandise sales during events as scheduled by the University.
- Designating a Company Representative to oversee operations, including scheduling staff, ensuring proper training, maintaining cleanliness of the merchandising area, counting inventory before and after events, and providing settlement reports.
- Ensuring all staff are trained in cash handling procedures and customer service.
- Providing a minimum of 20 employees for larger events and having at least 10 years of experience in event management.
- All products sold will be provided by the University, with the contractor responsible for monitoring inventory during events.
- Staff must adhere to uniform requirements and conduct themselves professionally.
Period of Performance
The initial contract period will last one calendar year from the date of award, with options to extend for four additional twelve-month periods under the same terms and conditions. The total duration shall not exceed sixty months.
