Temporary Nursing Services - SW

Background
The Office of State Procurement of the State of Louisiana is seeking to establish a Statewide Contract(s) for Temporary Nursing Services. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary nursing services to support the healthcare needs of the state, ensuring that qualified nursing personnel are available as required.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Temporary Nursing Services, which includes staffing qualified nursing professionals to meet the needs of various state healthcare facilities. All bidders must hold a Louisiana Nurse Staffing Agency license at the time of bid submittal and include proof of licensure with their bid response or within 5 business days upon request.

The contract may be awarded on an all-or-none basis, but the state reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed necessary. The contract shall be effective for a period of 12 months from the date of award, with options for two additional 12-month extensions at the same price, totaling a maximum contract duration of 36 months.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for an initial period of 12 months, with potential extensions for up to 36 months total.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within various locations across the State of Louisiana as required by state healthcare facilities.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold a Louisiana Nurse Staffing Agency license and provide proof with their bid response. Additionally, vendors must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid. All bids must comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
