Surplus 2012 Chevy Silverado Truck

Work Requested:
The North Lafourche Conservation, Levee and Drainage District is seeking bids for the sale of surplus equipment: a 2012 Chevy Silverado Truck. The equipment is being offered for sale with a minimum bid requirement of $1,000.00 USD.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the North Lafourche Conservation, Levee and Drainage District (NLCLDD).

Background:
The sale of this 2012 Chevy Silverado Truck is considered by the NLCLDD to be an isolated or occasional sale as defined by La. R.S. 47:301. As such, the transaction is not subject to sales tax.

Contract Requirements:

• The minimum acceptable bid for the equipment is $1,000.00 USD.
• Within 72 hours of receiving notice of bid award from the NLCLDD, the winning bidder must submit required forms (forms available for download).

Instructions on Submission:

• Bids may be submitted electronically or in paper form.
• The deadline for submitting bids is Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CDT. Bidding will close at this time, and all bids will be opened and considered.
• For paper submissions: Deliver the bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked PUBLIC BID 2012 CHEVY to the business office of the North Lafourche Conservation, Levee and Drainage District at 3862 Highway 1, Raceland, LA 70394, prior to the deadline.
