Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following items:
1) SimScreen Panel Shelf Addon (1 EA, SC031100 or equal),
2) SimScreen Right Corner Panel (1 EA, Front Panel 72"H x 37"W, Right Panel 72"H x 12"W, SC031103 or equal),
3) SimScreen Left Corner Panel (1 EA, Front Panel 72"H x 37"W, Left Panel 72"H x 12"W, SC031102 or equal),
4) Rectangular Bowl (11.5" x 9.25" x 4", Warming Machine, ORS2066R or equal, SR060802 or equal),
5) Stainless Steel Cart with 4 Shelves (4 EA, Locking Double Doors with (2) 4" Fixed Casters and (2) 4" Locking Swivel Casters, STS600C5S1624DD or equal),
6) Bair Hugger 750 Patient Warming System Kit (1 EA, includes patient warming system STSBAH006 and the 700 series rolling cart STS90090; refurbished acceptable; STSBAH006KIT or equal),
and
7) Kendall Sequal 6325 SDC Compression Device Complete with Hose (1 EA; refurbished acceptable; STSKDL003 or equal).
All unit prices must include shipping costs.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be fulfilled by August 27, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to SOWELA Technical Community College located at 2110 N Sherman, Jennings, LA 70546.
