St Landry Parish Annex Building

The work requested under this solicitation involves the construction or renovation of the St. Landry Parish Annex Building. Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for this project, which may include, but are not limited to, general construction, installation, and any associated tasks as detailed in the project plans and specifications.

The solicitation is issued by the St. Landry Parish Government.

This contract is being offered to facilitate the development of the St. Landry Parish Annex Building. The project is managed in accordance with Louisiana RS 38:2212, ensuring all procedures and requirements are met for public works contracts.

Contract requirements include:

• Submission of sealed bids by 2:00 P.M. on April 21, 2026.
• Bids can be delivered to the St. Landry Parish Government offices at 118 S. Court St., Suite 1, Opelousas, LA, or submitted electronically through Central Bidding (www.centralauctionhouse.com).
• Plans and specifications are available electronically at www.centralbidding.com, accessible 24/7.
• Contractors submitting bids electronically must provide the same documents as those submitting by mail or hand delivery.
• Regardless of bid results, contractors must submit original documents to the St. Landry Parish Government within 48 hours of the bid opening.
• If a certified or cashier's check is used as bid security, electronic copies of both sides of the check must be included with the electronic bid.
• Failure to provide original hard copies of required documents within 48 hours will render the bid nonresponsive.

• Bids must be received by the specified deadline, either in person or electronically.
• Complete Bidding Documents are available from Ardoin Architecture, LLC, 130 W. South St., Opelousas, LA 70570, phone (337) 948-1202, with a deposit of $350.00 per set. The deposit for the first set is fully refundable.
• Any person requiring special accommodations must notify the St. Landry Parish Government of the required accommodation(s) at least seven (7) days before the bid opening.
