St. Charles Parish Hospital Electrical Ats Replacement & Power Monitoring

The work requested under this contract involves the Electrical ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) Replacement and Power Monitoring at St. Charles Parish Hospital. The scope of work includes:

Replacing the existing electrical ATS equipment
Installing new power monitoring systems to ensure reliable and efficient power management

Contract requirements include:
Submission of sealed bids clearly marked as follows: BID ON St. Charles Parish Hospital - Electrical ATS Replacement & Power Monitoring - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL BID OPENING, including the bidder's name, address, and telephone number.
Bids must be addressed to St. Charles Parish Hospital, P.O. Box 87, Luling, LA 70070, Attention: Adam Perry.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders.

Instructions for submission:
Sealed bids will be received at St. Charles Parish Hospital until 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2026.
Bids will be publicly opened at that time in the Large Conference Room.
Any bids received after 2:00 PM on June 4, 2026, will be returned unopened.
