Description

Site Visit *FAXBID* Generator PM for DPS
Background
The State of Louisiana, through the Office of State Procurement, is issuing this solicitation to establish a Service Contract for Generator Preventative Maintenance for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of generators used by various state facilities.

The initial contract period will be for 12 months, with options for two additional 12-month renewals, totaling a maximum contract duration of 36 months.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive generator maintenance services, including:
1. Full service with load bank testing for multiple generators located at various state facilities, including:
- Central Plant Generator (1500KW Cummins)
- Residential Conference Center (100KW Cummins)
- Crime Lab (250KW Cummins)
- Fire Marshal (500KW Generac)
- State Police HQ (350KW Cummins)
- OMF/OMV (500KW MTU)
- Warehouse (400KW Kohler)
2. Regular inspections and maintenance checks as specified in Attachment B - Specifications.
3. All services must comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding quality and safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, or the date of award, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2026.

The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations in Baton Rouge, LA, including:
- Central Plant Generator: 7677 Independence Blvd
- Residential Conference Center: 7607 Independence Blvd
- Crime Lab: 376 E. Airport Ave
- Fire Marshal: 8181 Independence Blvd
- State Police HQ: 7919 Independence Blvd
- OMF/OMV: 7979 Independence Blvd
- Warehouse: 290 E. Airport Ave

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and must include a W-9 form if newly registered.

There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned; however, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is required.
