This contract aims to ensure that the city can quickly mobilize resources to restore normalcy following man-made or natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods. Work Details
The contractor will provide rental services for various emergency power equipment, which includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, delivery, removal, maintenance, servicing, engineering (if needed), and setup and teardown of the equipment. Specific requirements include:
- Delivery charges to and from each site.
- Trip and mileage charges.
- Equipment required for loading and unloading (forklift, crane, etc.).
- Mobilization and demobilization of equipment.

The City assumes no liability for damages caused by disasters on rented equipment. The City will provide all diesel fuel for rented equipment. The contract will be effective for a period of two years upon execution with an option to renew for one additional year based on mutual consent.
