RFP - Standby Contract for Emergency Materials and Services for Iberia Parish Governement

The Iberia Parish Government is seeking sealed proposals for a Stand-By Contract for Emergency Materials and Services. The work under this contract will involve providing, on an as-needed basis, emergency materials and services to support the parish in times of urgent need.

The request is issued by the Iberia Parish Government.

This contract is established to ensure that the parish has immediate access to necessary resources and services during emergencies. The intent is to have a reliable agreement in place to quickly mobilize support when required.

Requirements for this contract include the submission of sealed proposals using the official forms and specifications provided by the Iberia Parish Government.

To participate, interested parties must submit their sealed proposals to the Iberia Parish Courthouse Building, 300 Iberia Street, Suite 400, New Iberia, Louisiana 70560. The deadline for submission is 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Certified DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) businesses are strongly encouraged to participate in this solicitation. The Iberia Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with the law.
