Background
The Beauregard Parish Schools (DISTRICT) is seeking proposals for E-Rate Category 2 Products and Services, including Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS). The DISTRICT operates fourteen sites eligible for Category 2 funding and aims to upgrade its Wi-Fi networking infrastructure over the next 36 to 60 months. This project is contingent on E-Rate funding from the federal program, which may or may not be undertaken at the DISTRICT's discretion.

Work Details
The DISTRICT is soliciting bids for E-rate eligible equipment, licenses, support warranties for new equipment, renewal licenses, cabling, Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) for 14 sites, and Basic Maintenance for renewal of support warranties. Specific requirements include:
- Wireless access points with 5-year licenses and a 3-year support warranty.
- Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) to operate and manage E-Rate eligible equipment.

The services will be performed across fourteen sites operated by the Beauregard Parish Schools located in DeRidder, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be fully qualified to participate in the E-Rate Program and registered to do business in Louisiana. Technical support staff must be located in Louisiana. Vendors must provide proof of authorization from manufacturers to resell and install proposed products. All proposals must include a detailed narrative of the vendor's qualifications, experience, approach, and compliance with specifications outlined in the RFP.
