RFP 27-00: Mitigation and Remediation services for RPSB Facilities

The Rapides Parish School Board (RPSB) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Mitigation and Remediation Services for RPSB Facilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Performing mitigation and remediation services at various RPSB facilities
Ensuring all work meets the standards and requirements as outlined in the full RFP specifications

This solicitation is issued by the Rapides Parish School Board.

The contract is being established to address the need for professional mitigation and remediation services at RPSB facilities. This initiative is intended to ensure the safety, compliance, and ongoing usability of the school board's properties.

All proposals must be delivered to the Purchasing Department at the Rapides Parish School Board Building, located at Sixth and Beauregard Streets in Alexandria, LA. The deadline for submission is 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2026. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

All submissions become the property of the Rapides Parish School Board and will not be returned. Any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal are the responsibility of the proposer.

The Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to make an award in the best interest of the board, consistent with applicable laws.
