RFP 26-17B Pest Control Services

The Rapides Parish School Board is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Pest Control Services as outlined in RFP 26-17B. The work under this contract involves delivering comprehensive pest control services to facilities managed by the Rapides Parish School Board. To be considered, proposals must meet the following requirements: All submissions must be received by the Purchasing Department at the Rapides Parish School Board, 619 6th Street, Alexandria, LA, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly labeled with the vendor's name and the RFP name: RFP 26-17B: Pest Control Services. Each proposal must also include a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The security must be in the form of a bond from a surety company licensed to conduct business in the State of Louisiana and made payable to the Rapides Parish School Board. Instructions for submission specify that all proposals must adhere to the stated deadline and packaging requirements. Proposers are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their proposals. All submissions become the property of the Rapides Parish School Board and will not be returned.
