Repairs to Softball Field for Terrebonne High School, Phase 2

The work requested under this contract involves repairs and additions to the softball field for Terrebonne High School, Phase 2, which is located on the campus of Houma Junior High School at 315 St. Charles S. The project encompasses furnishing all necessary items and services as specified in the bid documents for the completion of these improvements. This solicitation is issued by the Terrebonne Parish School Board. The background of this contract is to continue improvements to the Terrebonne High School softball field as part of an ongoing phased project. This phase, Phase 2, follows previous work and is intended to further enhance the facility for school and community use. Contract requirements stipulate that all bids must be submitted electronically via Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Printed copies of bid documents are not available from the Architect or Owner; all official Bid/RFP documents must be downloaded from Central Bidding. Where applicable, and for all construction projects, an electronic bid bond must be furnished. Any fees for downloading bid documents are charged by Central Bidding. The Terrebonne Parish School Board is not responsible for failure of bidders to upload their bids to Central Bidding. Instructions for submission specify that sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Terrebonne Parish School Board District Central Office, 201 Stadium Drive, Houma, Louisiana 70360, but bids will be accepted ONLY electronically via Central Bidding. At exactly 10:00 A.M., all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. After the opening, bids will be evaluated and presented to the School Board President for awarding, rejection, or further advisement and/or evaluation.
