*Rebid* Tower Roof Repairs - DOC

Background
The Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking to repair the roof of Compound 2 - Tower 11 at the Dixon Correctional Institute, located at 5568 Highway 68, Jackson, LA 70748. The goal of this contract is to restore the integrity of the facility's roofing system as per the specified requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to repair the damages to the roof of Tower 11. The work must adhere to the specifications detailed in Attachment C. Additionally, bidders are required to complete a Jobsite Verification Form (Attachment B) confirming a mandatory site visit prior to bid submission.

The bid submission must include all relevant attachments:
- Attachment A – Special (Pages 1-14)
- Attachment B – Jobsite Verification Form (Page 1)
- Attachment C – Specifications (Page 1)
- Attachment D – Pictures of Damage (Pages 1-2).

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe specified by the contractor in their bid response.
