*Rebid* - Lab Equipment Services - LDH

Background
The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking to establish a service contract for Lab Equipment Services. This contract aims to ensure the proper maintenance and support of laboratory equipment used by the department, which is crucial for their operations in public health. The Office of State Procurement is managing this solicitation process.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive lab equipment services, including but not limited to:
- AS-AP Autosampler with Temperature Control (1 unit)
- Detector Compartment Dual Temperature Z (1 unit)
- Dual Pump, Analytical Isocratic (2 units)
- Eluent Generator (2 units)

Each service requires a certified technician and includes a Unity Essential Support Plan for Ion Chromatography. The plan encompasses:
- Field Service Engineer labor, travel, and parts for corrective maintenance with a targeted response time of 3 business days.
- Priority status for technical support inquiries with immediate response time.
- One scheduled annual preventive maintenance visit.
- Instrument requalification in conjunction with corrective maintenance.
- Software and firmware updates upon request.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, or the date of award, whichever is later, and will run until June 30, 2026. There is an option to renew the contract for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, totaling a maximum contract duration of 36 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Louisiana Department of Health facilities located at 1209 Leesville Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid. Additionally, bidders must provide a W-9 form if newly registered. The solicitation specifies that only the brand(s) and model(s) listed will be considered for award due to proprietary approval.
