QUOTE - Emergency Dumpster Services

Background
The St. Tammany Parish Government, through its Department of Facilities Management, is seeking quotes from qualified providers for Emergency Dumpster Services.
This service is intended to support the Parish during emergency situations by providing necessary waste disposal solutions in a timely manner.

Work Details
The selected provider must be capable of delivering between 1 to 25, 30-yard roll-off (open top) dumpsters to various locations within the Parish within four hours of notification during an emergency event.
In cases of anticipated storm-related emergencies, dumpsters must be available for delivery between 12 to 72 hours prior to the event and collected within 24 hours after the event concludes.
This contract will operate on a standby basis with services activated as needed via a purchase order, with a total contract amount not exceeding $13,000 per year.
The contractor must comply with all applicable federal laws and FEMA policies as outlined in Attachment H.
Quotes must include pricing as specified in Attachment A, and no additional costs will be accepted beyond those listed in the Price Sheet.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and will run through December 31, 2025.
There are options for two additional one-year renewals if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
