Proposal For Disaster Debris Monitoring Services For Natural Disaster(S) In St. Landry Parish

Work Requested:
St. Landry Parish Government is seeking proposals for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services to be performed in the event of natural disasters within St. Landry Parish. The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the removal, management, and disposal of disaster-generated debris
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
• Providing detailed documentation and reporting of debris removal activities
• Coordinating with Parish officials and emergency management personnel throughout the contract term (2026 2029)

The solicitation is issued by St. Landry Parish Government, Parish of St. Landry, State of Louisiana.

Background:
This contract is intended to provide essential disaster debris monitoring services for St. Landry Parish in the aftermath of natural disasters. The Parish seeks qualified contractors to ensure efficient and compliant debris removal operations, maintaining public safety and facilitating community recovery.
