Ppsb Rfp 26-003 | Pre-Positioned Emergency Remediation Services (DR) Disaster Recovery

Work Requested:
The Plaquemines Parish School Board (PPSB) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Pre-Positioned Emergency Remediation Services on an as-needed basis for approximately nineteen (19) buildings owned and/or leased throughout Plaquemines Parish. The scope of work includes:

• Mitigating further deterioration and/or secondary damages to buildings and contents
• Remediating damages resulting from water, wind, mold contamination, and other natural or manmade disasters

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Plaquemines Parish School Board (PPSB).

Background:
PPSB manages multiple facilities across Plaquemines Parish and requires a contract to ensure rapid response and remediation services are available in the event of emergencies or disasters affecting its properties.

Contract Requirements:
Vendors must be qualified to provide emergency remediation services, including but not limited to mitigation of damages and restoration following water, wind, mold, and other disaster-related incidents.

Instructions on Submission:
Proposals must be submitted to the Plaquemines Parish School Board, Attention: Ann Relle, Finance Manager, 557 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, LA 70037-0069, no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST).

Proposals will be opened immediately following the closing time at the PPSB Business Central Office, 557 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, LA 70037-0069.
