Pointe Coupee Parish 2025 Road Resurfacing Project

The work requested under this contract involves the milling and overlay of existing roadways, in-place soil cement and lime base stabilization, and full depth asphalt patch base repairs of selected roads within Pointe Coupee Parish, as well as related work associated with these activities. This project is identified as the 2025 Road Resurfacing Project, Pointe Coupee Parish Project No. 25-001. The Pointe Coupee Parish Government is seeking bids for this construction project. The solicitation is issued by the Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana, located at 160 East Main Street, New Roads, LA 70760. The background for this contract is to address the resurfacing and repair needs of various roadways throughout the parish, ensuring improved road conditions and longevity through comprehensive milling, overlay, stabilization, and patching work. Contract requirements specify that sealed bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at the Pointe Coupee Parish Government office or electronically via www.centralauctionhouse.com under the Pointe Coupee Parish Agency Category. Bids must remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of bid opening, and no bid may be withdrawn during this period except as allowed under R.S. 38:2214.C.
