Plaquemines Parish School Board - Pre-Positioned Emergency Remediation Services - Disasster Recovery (DR) RFP 26-003

Scope of Work Requested:
The Plaquemines Parish School Board is seeking qualified vendors to provide Pre-Positioned Emergency Remediation Services on an as-needed basis for approximately nineteen (19) buildings owned and/or leased throughout Plaquemines Parish. The work under this contract includes:

• Mitigating additional deterioration and/or secondary damages to buildings and contents
• Remediating damages resulting from water, wind, mold contamination, and other natural or manmade disasters

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued by the Plaquemines Parish School Board (PPSB).

Background:
The PPSB maintains a portfolio of nineteen buildings across Plaquemines Parish. To ensure rapid response in the event of emergencies or disasters, PPSB is establishing a contract with pre-qualified vendors who can provide remediation services to prevent further damage and restore affected facilities.

Contract Requirements:
Vendors must be able to respond on an as-needed basis to provide emergency remediation services, including but not limited to addressing water, wind, and mold-related damages, as well as damages from other disasters.

Submission Instructions:
Proposals must be submitted to the Plaquemines Parish School Board, Attention: Ann Relle, Finance Manager, at 557 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, LA 70037-0069. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST).
