Plaquemines Parish School Board - Environmental Services - Disaster Recovery (DR) - RFP 26-002

Work Requested:
The Plaquemines Parish School Board is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive environmental services for approximately nineteen (19) buildings owned and/or leased throughout Plaquemines Parish. The services required are to address properties impacted by both weather-related and non-weather-related events on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes:

• Environmental assessments
• Environmental testing
• Reporting
• Full project management of environmental remediation work

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Plaquemines Parish School Board (PPSB).

Background:
The PPSB manages numerous facilities across Plaquemines Parish and requires ongoing, responsive environmental services to ensure the safety and compliance of its properties following various events.

Contract Requirements:
Vendors must be capable of providing all listed services for both weather and non-weather events, as needed, for all PPSB properties.

Instructions on Submission:
Proposals must be submitted to the Plaquemines Parish School Board, Attention: Ann Relle, Finance Manager, at 557 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, LA 70037-0069. The deadline for receipt of proposals is Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST).

Proposals will be opened at the Plaquemines Parish School Board Business Central Office immediately following the closing time.
