Bidders must comply with all provisions of the State Licensing Law for Contractors (R.S. 37:2150-2163) and hold an active license in the classification of Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. Additionally, there is a minimum goal of 10% participation from certified Eligible Business Enterprises (EBEs) under the Parish's Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SEDBE) program. Bidders must submit EBE Forms 1, 1A, and 2 along with Letters of EBE Certification within 10 days after bid opening.
