Ochsner Chabert - Chiller 3 Replacement

The work requested under this contract involves the replacement of Chiller 3 at the Leonard J Chabert Medical Center (Ochsner Chabert). The scope of work includes:

- Demolition and removal of the existing chiller number 3 and its associated condenser water pump
- Provision and installation of a new, increased capacity chiller and pump
- Demolition and installation of mechanical piping
- Installation of mechanical controls and electrical work
