Separate sealed bids must be submitted to the St. Tammany Parish School Board at the C.J. Schoen Administrative Complex, Reception Desk, 321 N. Theard St., Covington, LA 70433. Bids will be received until July 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (as determined by the PBX clock at the above address). At that time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
