Description

*Mand. Site Visit*Lawn Maint.- LDH-ELMHS
Background
The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking to establish a Maintenance Contract for Lawn Maintenance services for the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System. The goal of this contract is to ensure the upkeep of the facility, which comprises 23 buildings totaling approximately 138,097 square feet on about 100 acres.

The contract aims to provide regular lawn maintenance services to maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of the grounds.

Work Details
The contractor will provide regular lawn maintenance services as specified in Attachment B - Specifications. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, and other necessary landscaping tasks to maintain the grounds in a clean and orderly condition.

The contract specifies a quantity of 12 months for these services.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance for this contract will begin on July 1, 2025, or the date of award, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2026.

There is an option for renewal for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract duration not exceeding 36 months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the LDH-OBH-ELMHS facility located at 4502 HWY 951 (Warehouse Receiving), Jackson, LA 70748.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and must include a W-9 form if newly registered. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding civil rights and accessibility standards.

Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not suspended or debarred from federal contracts.
