Background
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) is seeking to establish an Agency Term Contract for HVAC Services. The contract aims to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of HVAC systems at their facility located at 200 Dulles Dr., Lafayette, LA 70506. This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to manage and protect Louisiana's natural resources.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive HVAC services, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of HVAC systems. Specific tasks include ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding HVAC operations. The contractor must also provide a pricing sheet as part of their bid submission. Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 21, 2025, or upon the date of award, whichever is later, and will conclude on August 20, 2026. There is an option for the State of Louisiana to extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods under the same terms, not exceeding a total of 36 months.

The services will be performed at the LDWF facility located at 200 Dulles Dr., Lafayette, LA 70506.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid. They are required to submit a W-9 form if newly registered. Additionally, bidders must comply with civil rights laws and ensure that their products and services meet accessibility standards as per federal regulations.
