Background

Vendors are required to complete all line item responses in Attachment B - Specifications and return it with their bid response.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and receive notifications. A W-9 form must be included if newly registered. Additionally, bidders must comply with various state laws regarding non-discrimination and must not have any ownership interest from individuals convicted of felonies related to public contracts.
