LCTCS LDCC West Monroe Campus - Window Replacement and Waterproofing

The work requested under this contract involves the replacement of windows and the application of waterproofing at the LDCC West Monroe Campus. The scope of work includes:

• Removal and replacement of existing windows
• Installation of new waterproofing systems to ensure building integrity

This solicitation is issued by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) for the LDCC West Monroe Campus, located at 609 Vocational Parkway, West Monroe, LA 71292.

This contract, identified as Project Number F.01004648, is part of ongoing efforts to maintain and improve campus facilities. The project aims to enhance the durability and weather resistance of the campus buildings through updated windows and improved waterproofing.

Contract requirements include:

• Submission of sealed bids by 2:00 PM on May 19, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud in a public meeting in the Administrative Building Conference Room at the campus address.
• All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents.
• The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond, written as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
