Lafourche Parish Stadium Repairs - South Lafourche High School, Central Lafourche High School, Thibodaux High School

The work requested under this contract involves comprehensive repairs and improvements at three Lafourche Parish stadiums: South Lafourche High School, Central Lafourche High School, and Thibodaux High School. The scope of work includes repairing spalled and delaminated concrete at all three stadiums, applying a polyurethane traffic coating to the topside of the stadium structures, replacing light fixtures and exhaust fans in restrooms and concession stands, installing additional pavement beneath the stadiums, and performing other miscellaneous repairs. Additionally, there is an alternate bid item for the replacement of stadium lighting. This solicitation is issued by the Lafourche Parish School Board. The background for this contract is to address necessary repairs and upgrades to the stadium facilities at the three listed high schools to ensure safety, functionality, and improved amenities for students and the community. Contract requirements specify that bidders must be licensed under the latest revisions of L.R.S. 37:2150 through 2173 in the classification of Building Construction. Contractors performing concrete repairs and coatings must have experience in concrete structural rehabilitation work. All hand-delivered bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope that clearly displays the Contractor's license number on the exterior. It is highly recommended that the envelope also include the Owner's name and address, the project name, and the Contractor's name and address. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the Lafourche Parish School Board office located at 701 East Seventh Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
