Lab Testing Services-DOC-DWCC

Background
The State of Louisiana, through the Office of State Procurement, is issuing this solicitation for Lab Testing Services to support the Department of Corrections at the David Wade Correctional Center (DOC-DWCC).
The goal of this contract is to establish a service agreement for lab testing that meets specific regulatory and operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Lab Testing Services as specified in the solicitation. The services include:
1. 52 weeks of lab testing (Product Category: 77101805).
2. Quarterly lab testing, with a total quantity of 4 each (Product Category: 77101805).
All lab testing services must be performed by a laboratory that holds DEQ Certification.
Documentation proving DEQ Certification must be submitted with the bid response.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance will begin upon award and end on June 30, 2026.
The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract time not to exceed 36 months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the DOC David Wade Correctional Center Warehouse located at 670 Bell Hill Road, Homer, LA 71040.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit documentation showing DEQ Certification for the laboratory providing the testing services.
Additionally, all bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and comply with Louisiana laws regarding business registration and good standing.
