Lab Equipment Maintenance - LDH

Background
This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Lab Equipment Maintenance as specified for the Louisiana Department of Health for an initial one year period beginning July 1, 2024 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months.

Work Details
The contract requires maintenance services for a Labscape Complete Model 48 Maldi Biotyper, including unlimited onsite emergency service visits, onsite response within 2 business days, spare parts, labor and travel, planned maintenance visits, wear and tear parts replacement, high priority remote support during normal business hours, software updates and upgrades, and remote access support. The vendor must use certified Bruker technicians. Invoices should be emailed to DHH-OPHLaboratory_AccountsReceivable@la.gov.

Period of Performance

Place of Performance
The services are required for the Louisiana Department of Health and will be performed at the OPH Central Laboratory located at 1209 Leesville Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.
