Work Requested:

• Construction must be completed within 90 calendar days, exclusive of delays beyond the Contractor's control, starting from the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed.

• Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Broussard City Hall, 406 East Madison Street, Conference Room 1, Broussard, Louisiana 70518.
• Bids will be accepted until 8:00 a.m. on May 21, 2026. Late bids will not be considered.
• Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the specified time and location.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on April 30, 2026, at the City of Broussard City Staff Training Facility, 106 Mayor Charles Langlinais Lane, Broussard, LA 70518. All prospective bidders must be present at the beginning and remain for the entire duration of the conference. Failure to attend or remain for the full conference will prohibit a prospective bidder from submitting a bid for this project.
