LA Waterfowl Stamps - OTS/PSS- LDWF

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Office of State Procurement on behalf of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF). The purpose of this contract is to establish an Agency Term Contract for the printing and delivery of Louisiana Waterfowl Conservation Stamps. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing 1,200 units of Louisiana Waterfowl Stamps (Product Category: 82121500). All pricing must be submitted on Attachment E - Price Sheet. The contractor must ensure that all products conform to applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The bid documents include various attachments detailing specifications, samples, and online bidding instructions.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance is set for 12 months starting from October 1, 2025, with options to renew for two additional 12-month periods. This makes the total possible contract duration not to exceed 36 months.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Office of Technology Services located at 1800 N. 3rd Street, ISB, Baton Rouge, LA 70802-5145.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit bids. They are required to include a W-9 form if newly registered. Compliance with civil rights laws and non-discrimination policies is mandatory. Bidders must also certify that they are not suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration (GSA) and adhere to various federal clauses including those related to anti-kickback provisions and clean air standards.
