Janitorial Service - Thrive

Background
The Office of State Procurement of the State of Louisiana is issuing this solicitation to establish a service contract for janitorial services at Thrive Academy.
The goal is to ensure a clean and safe environment for students and staff at the academy, which aligns with the agency's mission to provide quality educational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services for three main areas:
1) Academic Center (41,846 sq/ft)
2) Residential Hall (8,244 sq/ft)
3) Recreation Center (6,993 sq/ft).
Services will be rendered on a monthly basis over a school year ranging from 260-270 days, from August 1 to June 30.
The scope of work includes cleaning tasks as specified in Attachment B - Scope of Work, which details specific cleaning requirements and standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, or upon date of award, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2027.
There is an option for renewal for two additional 12-month periods, making the total contract duration not to exceed 36 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Thrive Academy located at 2585 Brightside Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70820.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid.
A W-9 form must be included if newly registered.
The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding civil rights and disabilities.
Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not suspended or debarred by the GSA.
