Background
The City of New Orleans, through the Office of Procurement Bureau of Purchasing, is seeking quotes for pool supplies needed for various NORDC Pool Facilities.
This solicitation replaces Event 4373 and aims to ensure that the facilities are adequately stocked with necessary supplies to maintain operations.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of specific pool supplies, including but not limited to:

4. Taylor R-002 #2 DPD reagent (2-ounce bottles) - 48 Each

6. Taylor R-007 #7 Thiosulfate (2-ounce bottles) - 12 Each
7. Taylor R-008 #8 Total Alkalinity Indicator (2-ounce bottles) - 12 Each

9. Mec-o-Matic Dolphin series UD-75 peristaltic pumps - 10 Each

16. Cyanuric acid (1-gallon jugs) - 96 Each
17. Pool vacuum heads (1½” minimum wide, 14”) - 10 Each
18. Pool vacuum hose (1½”x40’) - 10 Each
19. Pool vacuum hose (1½”x30’) - 5 Each
20. Telescopic pool vacuum hose extendable to 21ft - 5 Each.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue as specified in the terms of the contract.
All bids must remain valid for a period of at least 45 calendar days after the submission deadline.

Place of Performance
All items are to be delivered to the NORDC Maintenance Warehouse located at 5601 Read Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70127.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with a default goal of at least 35% DBE participation if the contract value exceeds $15,000.01.
Bidders are required to submit DBE Forms as part of their response if contacted after bid opening.
