Dry Ice Pellets
Background
The City of New Orleans, through its Office of Procurement, is seeking bids for the supply of dry ice pellets. This procurement supports the Mosquito Control Department, which utilizes dry ice as a source of CO2 for treating rodents in burrows. The goal is to ensure a reliable supply of dry ice pellets for pest control operations.

Work Details
The contract requires the vendor to provide 2400 lbs of pellet formulation dry ice, with weekly pickup amounts varying between 100 lbs and 500 lbs per pickup. The vendor must be located within 10 minutes of the NOMTRCB Administration Building at 2100 Leon C. Simon Drive, New Orleans, LA 70122.

There will be no deliveries; all pickups will be arranged one week in advance by a NOMTCB representative. Bidders must include pricing per pound in their quotes.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue as needed based on the weekly pickup schedule established by the Mosquito Control Department.
