ITQ - A.L. Davis Pool Repairs (Re-Bid)

Background
The City of New Orleans, through its Department of Parks and Recreation (NORD), is seeking bids for the repair of the A.L. Davis Pool. This project is part of the city's public works and capital projects initiative aimed at enhancing community recreational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks related to the A.L. Davis Pool Repairs:

1. Conducting a thorough assessment of the pool's current condition.
2. Performing necessary structural repairs to ensure safety and compliance with city regulations.
3. Replacing or repairing pool equipment as needed, including pumps, filters, and lighting systems.
4. Ensuring that all work meets local building codes and standards for public swimming pools.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is expected to be one year, with an option for renewal as specified in the Project Manual and/or Specifications.

The work will be performed at A.L. Davis Pool located in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register as a supplier with the City of New Orleans' procurement platform (BRASS). They are required to submit a Louisiana Uniform Public Work Bid Form along with their quote. Additionally, bidders must provide performance bonds (50% of quote), payment bonds (5% of quote), insurance certificates, tax clearance forms, and proof of all applicable licenses upon request.
