Invitation to Bid (IFB): ASA#3-01 Mid-City Neighborhood ROW Improvements

The work requested under this contract involves Mid-City Neighborhood Right-of-Way (ROW) Improvements. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for September 16, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., at the intersection of Creole Street and W. Hale Street. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend; however, failure to attend or visit the site during the scheduled visit will not be accepted as a defense for failure to perform the work in accordance with contract terms.
