Background
SOWELA Technical Community College, located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is seeking bids for the procurement of instrumentation lab equipment. The goal of this contract is to acquire specific digital gauges, pneumatic pressure test pumps, calibration services, and other related equipment to support the college's technical programs.

The following items are requested under this solicitation:

3. Certified Calibration with Data - 8 units.
4. Pneumatic Pressure Test Pump (-14 to 1000 PSI) - 8 units; model ADD-ADT917-N.
5. Brass Ralston Manifold Only - 8 units; model RAL-QTCM-0000-0-0.
6. Loop Calibrator (4-20 MA with Rubber Boot) - 8 units; model PIE-334.
7. RTD Source Calibrator - 8 units; model PIE-211.
8. 1/4 in MNPT x Male QT Fitting (no check valve) with cap and chain - 25 units; model RAL-QTFT-2MB0.
9. 3 ft QT Hose (Brass Ends) - 16 units; model RAL-QTQT-HOS-003FT.
10. 4 Wire Type Kit: J, K, T & E - 8 units; model JMT-T/C.
11. Multivariable Transmitter - 12 units; model ROS-4088A1P13G7R2E111AB4M5T1.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until all items are delivered and accepted by SOWELA Technical Community College.

Place of Performance
All items will be delivered to SOWELA Technical Community College at 3810 Sen J B Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615.

Bidder Requirements
