Hvac Upgrades: Phase Ii

Work Requested:
The Beauregard Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids for the construction project titled HVAC Upgrades: Phase II. The scope of work includes:

• Providing all labor, materials, equipment, fees, and transportation necessary to complete the HVAC Upgrades Phase II as described in the Contract Documents dated December 19th, 2025.

The project will be bid as a Base Bid, which must cover all aspects of the work as detailed in the Contract Documents.

Instructions on Submission:

• Sealed bids (one original and one copy) must be submitted to the Beauregard Parish School Board at 202 W. Third Street, DeRidder, LA 70634.
• Bids delivered to any other department will not be considered.
• Bids will be received until Thursday, January 29th, 2026 at 1:30 PM and will be publicly opened in the Board Room of the Beauregard Parish School Board.

• Complete Bidding Documents are available electronically at no charge from www.aeplans.com or www.centralbidding.com. These documents are also accessible through local planrooms and reprographers.
• Bidders must register on the website to receive notifications of addenda and are responsible for checking the site regularly.
• Printed copies are not available from the Project Designer, but arrangements can be made through most reprographic firms.
• Prime bidders have the option to receive documents in paper form in accordance with LARS 38:2212 A (i) (e). The reproduction cost for the first paper plan set acquired by bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded by the designer of record.
