HVAC Replacement Bossier Parish Community College Natchitoches Campus

The work requested under this contract involves the replacement of the HVAC system at the Bossier Parish Community College, Natchitoches Campus.

Specifically, the project includes:

• Removal of the existing HVAC system
• Installation of a new HVAC system as specified in the project documents
• All associated work necessary to ensure proper operation and integration with existing campus infrastructure

This solicitation is issued by the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, on behalf of Bossier Parish Community College.

The contract is part of Project Number 01-107-24-05, JLCB 68, and is intended to upgrade the HVAC system at the Natchitoches Campus to improve campus facilities and ensure reliable climate control for students and staff.

Contract requirements include:

• All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders in the Bid Documents.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as further detailed in the Bid Documents.

To submit a bid:

• Sealed bids must be directed to Bossier Parish Community College, Bossier City Campus, 6220 E. Texas Street, Bossier City, Louisiana 71111.
• Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on May 5, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud in a public meeting at Building J , Room 117, Bossier Parish Community College, Bossier Campus.
• Complete Bid Documents are available electronically at no charge from Aillet, Fenner, Jolly & McClelland, Inc. They can also be obtained from www.centralbidding.com for a nominal fee or subscription. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
