Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs To Lafourche Parish Government, Sheriff'S Office Interior, Phase 2

The work requested under this contract involves the construction and repair of damage caused by Hurricane Ida to the Lafourche Parish Government, Sheriff's Office Interior, Phase 2, located in Thibodaux, Louisiana. The scope of work includes both interior and exterior repairs and improvements to the existing Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office. Interior repairs will encompass non-structural wall repair, flooring and ceiling repairs and replacements, as well as painting throughout the facility. Exterior repairs will involve the replacement of a designated section of the exterior wall. Additionally, the project includes one alternate, which consists of further interior modifications and improvements, including work on the electrical and mechanical systems, and other items as specified in the project documents. The project is funded by FEMA reimbursement and must comply with all required FEMA Terms and Conditions. The solicitation is being issued by the Lafourche Parish Government, located at P.O. Drawer 5548, Thibodaux, LA 70302. The project is identified as Architect's Project No. 2166I-2. This contract is being pursued as part of ongoing efforts to repair and restore government facilities in Lafourche Parish that were damaged during Hurricane Ida.
